How to Obtain:
The Chaos Ring is a reward for achieving 100% Soul Collection. This means you must collect at least one copy of every single Bullet, Guardian, and Enchant Soul in the game. Ability Souls do not count towards this percentage.
This is a significant undertaking, requiring extensive soul farming and exploration. Once you have collected all required souls, the Chaos Ring will appear in a specific location (usually in the Demon Guest House, in the room where you first met Mina).
