Frankenstein's Monster is encountered in Stage 4 (Dracula's Castle Entrance). He is accompanied by his small, jumping helper, Igor.

- Attack Patterns: The Monster walks slowly back and forth, occasionally jumping. His main attack is a powerful punch. Igor jumps around erratically and throws projectiles.
- Weakness: The Monster's head. Igor is also vulnerable but will respawn if the Monster is not defeated first.
- Recommended Sub-Weapons:
- Holy Water: Extremely effective. Throw it on the ground in the Monster's path for continuous damage.
- Axe: Can hit the Monster's head from a safe distance.
- Sypha's Fire: If you have Sypha, her Fire spell can quickly melt the Monster's health.
- Strategy: As Trevor, focus all your attacks on Frankenstein's Monster's head. Igor is a nuisance; try to avoid his projectiles while concentrating on the main target. The Holy Water strategy is highly recommended: throw it down, then jump and whip the Monster's head while he's in the flames. If you have Sypha, use her Fire spell. Grant can climb walls to attack from above, and Alucard can use his bat form to fly over and hit the head. Prioritize dodging the Monster's punches and Igor's projectiles.
