Abigail is a formidable boss found in the Forest of Doom, guarding the path forward. She's a swift, agile opponent who relies on quick attacks and evasive maneuvers. Coming prepared is key to a smooth victory.
Recommended Setup
- Characters: Jonathan and Charlotte. Jonathan's physical attacks are strong, and Charlotte's magic can provide crucial support or damage.
- Weapons:
- Jonathan: The Vampire Killer whip is always a solid choice for its range. If you've found the Combat Knife in the Nation of Fools, its rapid attack speed can also be effective.
- Charlotte: Equip a strong offensive spell like Fireball or Ice Needle. The Heal spell is highly recommended for emergencies.
- Sub-Weapons (Jonathan): The Axe or Cross are excellent for dealing consistent damage from a distance, especially when Abigail is airborne.
- Armor & Accessories: Focus on defense. The Leather Plate and Iron Helm are good options if you've acquired them. For accessories, the Cape offers a slight defense boost, and the Talisman can help with luck for item drops, though defense is paramount for this fight.
- Items: Stock up on Potions and High Potions. Having a few Antidotes isn't a bad idea, though poison isn't her primary threat.
Abigail's Attack Patterns

- Healing: If either character's HP drops significantly, switch to Charlotte and use the Heal spell, or use a Potion from your inventory. Don't be afraid to use items; that's what they're for!
- Platform Advantage: The arena has platforms. Use them to your advantage to avoid her ground-based attacks or to get a better angle for Jonathan's sub-weapons.
- Patience is Key: Don't get greedy with your attacks. Land a few hits, then prioritize dodging. Abigail's speed can punish overextension.
