From the entrance of the 'City of Haze', head right and then down into the sewers. You'll encounter a new enemy, the Merman. Continue through the watery passages, eventually making your way to the upper-right section of the map. You'll need to use Charlotte's magic to break certain blocks or Jonathan's sub-weapons to clear paths. The 'Tome of Order' is located in a hidden room accessible by breaking a wall in the upper-right corner of the sewer system. Once you acquire it, you'll gain access to new magic abilities for Charlotte. This item is crucial for progressing through later areas and solving puzzles.
