Location: Reverse Castle Keep (Inverted Castle)

Recommended Level: 50+

Recommended Equipment:

  • Weapon: Crissaegrim, Valmanway, Sword of Dawn
  • Shield: Alucard Shield
  • Sub-Weapon: Holy Water, Cross
  • Spells: Soul Steal, Tetra Spirit

Strategy:

Shaft is a powerful sorcerer who floats around, protected by a magical barrier, summoning various demons and casting elemental spells. Your primary focus should be on hitting Shaft himself. The barrier makes him immune to some attacks, but persistent melee or powerful spells will break through.

Dodge his spells (fireballs, lightning) and the summoned demons (often powerful versions of regular enemies). Use your strongest weapons; the Crissaegrim or Valmanway are excellent for their high DPS. If you have high INT, the Soul Steal spell can be devastating, hitting Shaft and healing you simultaneously. The Cross sub-weapon is also very effective. Stay aggressive but be mindful of his attacks. This is a warm-up for Dracula, so conserve some healing items if possible.

Reward: Access to the final battle with Dracula.
