Consumable items provide temporary benefits like healing, status cure, or stat boosts. Sub-weapons are secondary attacks that consume hearts and offer various offensive or utility effects.

Consumables:
- Potions: Restore HP (Potion, High Potion, Elixir).
- Antidote: Cures poison status.
- Uncurse: Cures curse status (reverses controls).
- Librarian Card: Warps Alucard to the Librarian's shop.
- Attack Potions: Temporarily boost attack (Attack Up, Shield Potion).
- Defense Potions: Temporarily boost defense (Defense Up).
Sub-Weapons:
- Dagger: Fast, low damage projectile.
- Axe: Arcing projectile, good for aerial enemies.
- Holy Water: Creates a flame pillar on the ground, excellent for ground enemies and bosses.
- Cross: Flies forward, then expands, hitting multiple times. Very powerful.
- Bible: Orbits Alucard, hitting nearby enemies.
- Stopwatch: Freezes all enemies on screen for a short duration. Consumes a lot of hearts.
Sub-weapons are found throughout the castle and can be switched from the menu. The Duplicator accessory makes sub-weapons incredibly powerful by removing their heart cost.
