The boss of Stage 4 is a pair of Mummy Men. They move slowly but relentlessly, throwing bandages that can trap Simon. The room is small, making it difficult to maneuver. The most effective strategy is to use the Holy Water. Throw it on the ground between you and the Mummies; the flame pillar will damage both of them simultaneously. If you have the Double or Triple Shot, this fight becomes significantly easier. Otherwise, you'll need to whip them while dodging their bandages. Try to keep both Mummies on one side of you to avoid being surrounded. If you get caught by a bandage, rapidly press the attack button to break free. Focus fire on one Mummy at a time to reduce the threat quickly. The Stopwatch can also be used to freeze them, allowing for free hits, but it's heart-intensive. Maintain distance and prioritize dodging their projectiles.
