This area introduces more platforming challenges and the dreaded Panther. Panthers leap at you from a distance; anticipate their jump and whip them mid-air. They often appear in pairs. There's a series of descending stairs. Clear enemies from above before descending to avoid being trapped. You might find the Axe sub-weapon here, which is excellent for hitting enemies above or below you. Continue right, dealing with more Zombies and Bats. The final stretch before the boss door involves a few more Panthers. Take your time, don't rush, and ensure you have a good supply of hearts for the upcoming boss. If you're low on health, try to find another Pot Roast, though they are rare in this area.
