This area is a short but intense gauntlet leading directly to Dracula's chamber. You'll face a final wave of powerful enemies, including more Knights and Axe Armors. The platforms are often small, and Medusa Heads are everywhere. There's usually a final Whip Upgrade (Chain) here if you haven't maxed it out, or a large heart. Make sure you have your preferred sub-weapon (Holy Water or Axe are generally best) and a good supply of hearts. This is your last chance to prepare before the final confrontation. If you're low on health, try to find a hidden Pot Roast, but be quick, as enemies are relentless. The Stopwatch can be used to bypass particularly difficult enemy formations, but save enough hearts for Dracula.
