Pot Roasts are invaluable health-restoring items, often hidden in specific blocks within the environment. Unlike candles, these blocks don't glow or stand out, requiring you to whip every suspicious wall or platform. Finding these can be the difference between life and death, especially before boss encounters or in particularly challenging areas. They are usually found in the middle of a wall or a specific platform that looks slightly out of place. Always try whipping blocks that seem isolated or are at the end of a long platform. For example, in Stage 1-1, a Pot Roast is hidden in the block above the second set of stairs. In Stage 5-1, several are hidden in the walls of the long hallway. Make it a habit to whip every suspicious block you encounter.
