Boss Name: Mana Storm

The Mana Storm is an elemental boss, a swirling vortex of natural energy. It is highly mobile and uses wind and plant-based attacks. This boss can be challenging due to its erratic movement and area-of-effect attacks.
- Phase 1: Wind Blasts & Seed Projectiles: Mana Storm will frequently unleash powerful wind blasts that push you back and fire volleys of sharp seeds. Stay on the perimeter of the arena and dodge these attacks.
- Phase 2: Vine Traps (Mid HP): As its health depletes, the boss will summon thorny vines from the ground that can trap you. Break free quickly using your sword or flail.
- Phase 3: Tornado Summons (Low HP): Near defeat, Mana Storm may summon smaller tornadoes that move independently, making the arena more chaotic. Focus on the main boss while avoiding the smaller tornadoes.
Strategy: Ranged attacks with your Bow are very effective against the Mana Storm due to its mobility. If you prefer melee, use quick bursts of sword attacks after it completes a wind blast or seed volley, then retreat. The Flail's focused attack can sometimes pull it closer, but its erratic movement makes this difficult. Wind-elemental magic might be less effective, so consider earth or fire magic if available. Prioritize dodging and consistent damage. This boss tests your ability to manage a chaotic battlefield and maintain consistent damage output.
Reward: Completion of Chapter 5. More elemental subquests become available. The Muramasa Blade (Flick only) can be obtained with a Gold Rank here.
