Leveling up is crucial for tackling tougher dungeons and bosses. While enemies initially give more EXP, this amount dwindles to a minimum of 2 EXP per monster as your level increases. To maximize your experience gain:

  • EXP Boosting Gems: Equip gems like Heart of Progress or Courage to Learn. The effects of these gems stack additively (e.g., two Heart of Progress gems double your EXP, not exponentially).
  • Revisit Dungeons: If you're struggling, revisit earlier dungeons via the space-time rupture option. While enemies give less EXP, you can quickly clear zones and accumulate experience.
  • Dud Services Quests: These randomly generated quests are a reliable source of consistent EXP and Lucre, especially when you need a few more levels before a main mission.
  • Monster Management: In some levels, you can leave a harmless number of monsters alive while you scout and clear the rest of the zone, then return to finish them off. This allows for safer exploration and efficient monster clearing.
