Welcome, time-traveling adventurers! This detailed checklist will guide you through the epic journey of Chrono Trigger, ensuring you don't miss a single crucial step, item, or strategy. Follow these instructions closely to unravel the mysteries of time and save the world!

The Millennial Fair & Truce Canyon (600 A.D.)

  • Start at Leene Square (1000 A.D.):
    • After waking up, head to the Millennial Fair.
    • Meet Marle and participate in the various mini-games. grab the Silver Points!
    • Witness Marle's accidental time jump at the Telepod demonstration.
  • Follow Marle to Truce Canyon (600 A.D.):
    • Enter the portal created by the Telepod.
    • You'll arrive in Truce Canyon in 600 A.D.
    • Navigate through the canyon, battling enemies like the Rattles and Blue Eaglets.
    • Strategy: Focus on single-target attacks for Rattles, and use physical attacks on Blue Eaglets.
    • Collect the Power Tab from the chest near the entrance (if you follow the path to the right).
    • Proceed to the exit leading to Guardia Forest.
  • Guardia Forest (600 A.D.):
    • Traverse the forest. Be mindful of enemies like Beetles and Green Imps.
    • Strategy: Beetles are weak to magic, while Green Imps are easily dispatched with physical attacks.
    • Locate the hidden chest containing a Heal potion.
    • Exit the forest to reach Guardia Castle.
  • Guardia Castle (600 A.D.):
    • Upon entering, you'll find Marle. A cutscene will trigger, revealing her true identity.
    • Speak with the Chancellor.
    • You'll be accused of kidnapping and imprisoned.
    • Escape Strategy: Wait for the guard to fall asleep, then interact with the cell door.
    • Collect the Bronze Mail from the chest in your cell.
    • Fight your way through the castle dungeon.
    • Key Items: Don't miss the Mid Ether in the first guard room and the Potion in the second.
    • Defeat the Dragon Tank boss.
      • Strategy: Focus attacks on the head first, then the body. Use your best Techs.
    • After the battle, meet Lucca and escape through the time gate.

The End of Time & The Future (2300 A.D.)

  • The End of Time:
    • You'll arrive at the mysterious End of Time.
    • Speak with Spekkio, the Master of War, to learn about magic.
    • Important: Spekkio will grant you magic based on your current level. The higher your level, the more powerful the initial magic he bestows.
    • Access the time portals to different eras.
    • Take the portal to 2300 A.D.
  • Trann Dome (2300 A.D.):
    • Explore the desolate future.
    • Enter Trann Dome.
    • Speak with the survivors and learn about the devastated world.
    • Obtain the Bicycle Key from the elder.
    • Locate the hidden chest with a Power Tab.
  • Arris Dome (2300 A.D.):
    • Head to Arris Dome.
    • Navigate the dangerous, enemy-infested areas.
    • Enemies: Watch out for Mutants and Crashes.
    • Strategy: Mutants are vulnerable to fire, Crashes are weak to lightning.
    • Find the Gate Key in a hidden room.
    • Defeat the Guardian boss.
      • Strategy: The Guardian is accompanied by two Bits. Destroy the Bits first, as they heal the Guardian. Then, focus all attacks on the Guardian.
    • After the battle, access the computer and learn about Lavos.
    • Collect the C. Trigger from the chest.
    • Return to the End of Time.
