Phases & Abilities:
Hamidon is a massive, stationary Archvillain and the final boss of the Hamidon Raid. The fight is less about direct damage and more about managing its numerous spawns and environmental hazards. Hamidon itself has very high health and resistances.

- Initial Phase: Hamidon will continuously spawn various mutated creatures (Hamidon Spawns, Tendrils, Goliaths) that attack the raid group.
- Core Exposure: Periodically, Hamidon will expose its vulnerable 'cores.' These cores must be destroyed to deal significant damage to Hamidon itself.
- Environmental Hazards: The arena will feature corrosive pools and other environmental damage sources that must be avoided.
Strategy:
- Team Composition: A large raid group (up to 24 players) with a mix of damage dealers, healers (Defenders), and crowd controllers is essential.
- Add Management: Designate specific groups to handle the constant stream of Hamidon spawns. Controllers are invaluable here.
- Core Focus: When Hamidon exposes its cores, all damage dealers must immediately switch targets and focus fire on them. This is the primary way to damage Hamidon.
- Movement: Players must constantly be aware of and avoid the corrosive pools and other environmental hazards.
- Healer Focus: Healers will be working overtime to keep the raid group alive against sustained damage from adds and environmental effects.
- Endurance Management: This is a long fight; endurance recovery is crucial for all archetypes.
Weaknesses:
Hamidon's main weakness is its exposed cores. It has high resistance to most damage types otherwise. Its spawns can be vulnerable to specific damage types or crowd control.
Rewards:
Defeating Hamidon yields a large amount of experience, influence, and several Reward Merits. It's also a primary source of Incarnate Components, particularly Alpha and Interface components, essential for Incarnate progression.
