Siege Worms are colossal alien creatures that pose a significant threat, especially in the early to mid-game. They possess high combat strength, can move quickly, and often appear near alien nests or Miasma. Their primary attack is a powerful melee strike that can quickly decimate unarmored units. They are particularly dangerous to civilian units. The best strategy against Siege Worms involves ranged attacks and kiting. Use Gunners or Artillery to attack from a distance, moving your units after each attack to stay out of their melee range. If you must engage in melee, use heavily armored units like Marines or upgraded Soldiers. Harmony Affinity units gain bonuses against aliens, making them more effective. Focus fire on one Siege Worm at a time to eliminate the threat quickly. Avoid engaging multiple Siege Worms simultaneously unless you have a significant military advantage.
