In Civilization: Beyond Earth, 'Items & Equipment' primarily refers to the various units, buildings, and orbital units you can construct, as well as the strategic resources required to build and upgrade them. Unlike traditional RPGs, there isn't a direct inventory system for individual 'items'. Instead, your technological progress and resource management dictate the power and capabilities of your empire.
