Your primary objective in the Sunken Pylon is to locate the cause of the Sunken City's water pollution. Navigate the submerged ruins, utilizing the unique environment to your advantage. Josee, a key companion, will assist you in certain sections of this area.
Encountering Valentin Voda
After picking up a Tender Crimson Stone 1 from a box by some shelves, follow the dark path until a cutscene plays. You will meet Valentin Voda, Noah's companion, who asks you to return to MagMell to warn its citizens while he investigates a discovery.
Dealing with the Forma Beast
Look to the east to find a Forma Beast under a bridge. Head down and collect the Pure Platinum 1 nearby before engaging. The Forma Beast uses rocket barrages and cyclone attacks. You can find another Tender Crimson Stone 1 behind it. If the fight is too difficult, you can avoid it and return to the path on the west. Along the path, defeat Humilitas Bloodkin enemies and collect items like a Golden Nectar on the left side near a crossroad.
Boss Battle: Metagen Remnant
The Metagen Remnant is the boss of the Sunken Pylon. This large humanoid boss employs flaming attacks to control space and heavy slam attacks that generate AoE damage.
