At the end of the Provisional Government Outskirts, you will face your first major boss: Oliver Collins. He is a formidable opponent, wielding a large hammer and capable of powerful area-of-effect attacks. His attacks are slow but hit hard. Focus on dodging his swings and counter-attacking during his recovery frames. In his second phase, he transforms, gaining increased speed and new fiery attacks. Stay mobile, use your companion's support, and don't be afraid to use your healing items. Defeating him will grant you the Fighter Blood Code (if you didn't start with it) and open the path to the next area.
