Cathedral of the Sacred Blood
After obtaining the Prometheus Vestige Part D, you can proceed to the boss area. This location will be revisited later to unlock an inaccessible ladder after completing the Howling Pit and Dried-up Trenches. A blood spring and a long cavernous path lead to the Cathedral of the Sacred Blood. Upon entering a boss arena with a white cocoon, purify the rotten mistle, and a cutscene will trigger, leading to a battle against the Butterfly of Delirium. This boss inflicts poison, so quick-slot Antivenom.
