Allied Campaign: Operation Eagle's Nest

Mission 1: The Trap is Sprung

Objective: Establish a Forward Operating Base and eliminate Soviet forces in Brighton Beach.

  • Initial Deployment: You start with a MCV, a couple of Peacekeepers, and a Guardian Tank. Immediately deploy your MCV to establish your Construction Yard.
  • Early Game Economy: Build a Power Plant and a Refinery on the nearby ore patch. Train 2-3 additional Refineries quickly to maximize income. Recruit a few Engineers to capture nearby civilian structures for extra resources and strategic points.
  • Defense: Soviet Conscripts and Attack Dogs will probe your base from the north. Build a Barracks and a War Factory. Train Peacekeepers for early defense and Guardian Tanks to counter the Soviet Tsunami Tanks that will appear. Place a Multigunner Turret near your ore refineries for anti-air and anti-ground defense.
  • First Push: Once you have 4-5 Guardian Tanks and a few Peacekeepers, push north-east towards the first Soviet outpost. Focus fire on their Barracks and War Factory to cripple their unit production. Use Peacekeepers to garrison civilian buildings for increased firepower.
  • Secondary Objective: Capture the Civilian Hospital (located south-east of your starting position). Send an Engineer escorted by a Peacekeeper to capture it. This provides a constant healing aura for your infantry.
  • Final Assault: Build a sizable force of Guardian Tanks (8-10) and support them with Apollo Fighters for air superiority against Soviet Twinblades. Advance on the main Soviet base to the north. Prioritize destroying their Construction Yard, then their Super Reactor and Barracks/War Factory. Watch out for Soviet Flak Cannons; use your Apollo Fighters to neutralize them before your tanks move in.

Mission 2: The Iron Curtain

Objective: Destroy the Soviet Iron Curtain device and secure the German coastline.

  • Base Setup: You begin with a pre-built base. Immediately reinforce your defenses with additional Multigunner Turrets, especially along the northern and eastern approaches.
  • Naval Dominance: This mission heavily features naval combat. Build a Seaport and begin producing Hydrofoils. Their ability to disable enemy ships and structures is invaluable. Supplement them with Aircraft Carriers for long-range bombardment and anti-air defense.
  • Co-Commander Strategy: Your Co-Commander will focus on land units. Coordinate with them to push through the land-based Soviet defenses while you handle the naval threat.
  • Destroying the Iron Curtain: The Iron Curtain is located on a heavily fortified island in the center of the map. Use your Aircraft Carriers to soften up the defenses from a distance. Launch waves of Hydrofoils to disable the Iron Curtain itself, then follow up with Apollo Fighters or Vindicators to destroy it. Be wary of Soviet Stingrays and Akula Submarines.
  • Coastal Clearing: After the Iron Curtain is down, systematically clear the remaining Soviet naval yards and coastal defenses. Use your Hydrofoils to disable shore defenses, allowing your Aircraft Carriers to finish them off.
  • Bonus Objective: Capture the Oil Derrick (located on a small island to the west). Send a fast unit like a Riptide with an Engineer to secure it early for a significant income boost.

Soviet Campaign: Red Dawn

Mission 1: The Bear and the Ladybug

Objective: Establish a Soviet foothold in the United States and destroy the Allied base.

  • Initial Phase: Deploy your MCV immediately. Build a Power Plant and a Refinery. Start training Conscripts.
  • Resource Gathering: There are several ore patches around your starting position. Secure them quickly with additional Refineries.
  • Early Defense: Allied Peacekeepers and Guardian Tanks will attack from the south and west. Build a Barracks and a War Factory. Use Conscripts to garrison civilian buildings for increased defensive firepower. Produce Hammer Tanks to counter Allied armor.
  • Co-Commander Support: Your Co-Commander will provide initial infantry support. Use them to hold key chokepoints while you build up your main force.
  • Offensive Push: Once you have a force of 6-8 Hammer Tanks and a few Flak Troopers (for anti-air against Allied Vindicators), push south towards the first Allied outpost. Focus on their Barracks and War Factory.
  • Superweapon Rush (Optional but Effective): If you can quickly build a Super Reactor and a Battle Lab, consider rushing for the Vacuum Imploder. Its devastating area-of-effect can clear large sections of the Allied base.
  • Final Assault: The main Allied base is heavily defended with Multigunner Turrets and Spectrum Towers. Use your Hammer Tanks' salvage ability to repair them during engagements. Bring a few Bullfrogs to counter Allied air units. Prioritize the Allied Construction Yard, then their Power Plants and defensive structures.
