The Anchor is an Altered Item boss found in the NSC Power Plant (side quest: 'Fridge Duty'). This boss is a large, floating clock-like entity that manipulates time. Phase 1: The Anchor will summon Hiss enemies and create slow-moving time bubbles that damage you if you enter them. Your primary target is the glowing core within the Anchor. Use Launch or Pierce to damage it. It will periodically teleport. Phase 2: As its health decreases, the Anchor will summon more Hiss and create more time bubbles. It will also unleash a powerful, wide-area time-distortion attack that you must Evade or Shield through. The key is to quickly clear the summoned Hiss to reduce incoming damage, then focus on the Anchor's core. Stay mobile and use the environment for cover. Reward: Ability Points and a unique mod.
