Ability Points are earned by finding Objects of Power and completing certain missions. These points can then be spent at Control Points to unlock or enhance Jesse's diverse skillset:
- Health: The most fundamental upgrade, increasing Jesse's maximum health pool. Essential for any build, especially for players who prefer a more direct approach or are new to the game.
- Shield: Enhances Jesse's protective shield, increasing its capacity and regeneration rate. A strong shield is vital for surviving sustained enemy fire.
- Energy: Improves Jesse's energy pool and regeneration rate, which is used for all her supernatural abilities. More energy means more frequent use of powers like Launch and Levitate.
