To restore communications, you'll need to find and activate several power converters. Follow the objective markers on your map. Be prepared for more Hiss encounters, including the introduction of Hiss Charged. Use the environment to your advantage, throwing objects with Launch if you've unlocked it. Once all converters are active, return to the main console to attempt contact. This will lead to a new objective and further revelations about the Hiss.
