Skill Progression and Masteries
Your character gains experience in various skills: Farming, Foraging, Mining, Fishing, and Diving. As you level up each skill, you'll unlock new crafting recipes, tool upgrades, and passive bonuses. At certain skill levels, you'll also unlock 'Masteries,' allowing you to specialize further. For example, reaching a high level in Farming might unlock masteries that increase the quality of your crops or reduce the time it takes for them to grow. Similarly, mastering Foraging could grant you a higher chance of finding rare items in the wild, or a bonus when selling foraged goods. These masteries are crucial for optimizing your gameplay and tailoring your character to your preferred playstyle. The path to unlocking these specializations is paved with consistent effort in each respective skill. For instance, to improve your Farming skill, you'll need to plant, water, and harvest crops on your farm. Foraging experience is gained by picking up items scattered across Coral Island, such as berries and mushrooms. Fishing requires actively engaging in the fishing mini-game, and Mining involves breaking rocks and ore veins in the mines. Diving, a key activity for restoring the island, also contributes to its own skill progression. Farming Skill Progression
As your Farming skill increases, you'll gain access to more advanced crafting recipes for items like fertilizers and sprinklers, which are essential for managing a larger and more productive farm. Tool upgrades for your watering can and hoe will also become available, making your daily farm chores less time-consuming.
