Speed (Advanced)

Acceleration (Intermediate)

  • Characteristics: Balanced stats, good acceleration, decent top speed and turn.
  • Disadvantages: No major weaknesses, but not excelling in any single area.
  • Best For: Players who want a versatile character that can recover quickly from hits and navigate various track types.
  • Examples: Crash, Coco, Dr. Neo Cortex, N. Gin, Komodo Joe, Pinstripe, Fake Crash, Nitros Oxide (Adventure Mode), Megamix, Emperor Velo XXVII.

Turn (Beginner)

  • Characteristics: Highest turn stat, good acceleration.
  • Disadvantages: Lowest top speed, lowest boost power.
  • Best For: New players or those who struggle with tight turns. Excellent for technical tracks with many sharp corners.
  • Examples: Polar, Pura, Ripper Roo, Penta Penguin, Baby Crash, Baby Coco, Spyro, Hunter, Gnasty Gnorc, Nina Cortex, Koala Kong, N. Brio, Tawna, Ami, Isabella, Megumi, Liz.

Balanced (Intermediate)

  • Characteristics: Perfectly balanced stats across speed, acceleration, and turn.
  • Disadvantages: No specific strengths or weaknesses.

  • Examples: Dr. N. Tropy (Classic), Rilla Roo (Classic). Note: In Nitro-Fueled, most characters fall into one of the other three categories, making 'Balanced' less distinct.
