From the observation post, you'll need to disable several anti-air turrets. This area is heavily guarded by CELL soldiers and features multiple turrets. Use your visor to tag all enemies and turrets. A stealthy approach is highly recommended here. Use the Predator Bow with Carbon-Impact arrows to silently take down individual guards. For the turrets, you can either disable them by interacting with their control panels (requires getting close) or destroy them with explosive arrows or grenades. Be wary of snipers on elevated positions. If you're detected, switch to Armor Mode and use cover effectively. There are often multiple paths to each turret, so explore to find the least defended route. Once all turrets are disabled, the objective will update.
