The Logic Dive is a unique mini-game in Danganronpa 2×2 that tests your ability to navigate complex logical pathways and reach a conclusion. This segment typically occurs when you need to connect a series of clues or follow a character's train of thought to arrive at a specific deduction. You'll be presented with a visual representation of a path, often resembling a flowing river or a series of interconnected tunnels. Your objective is to steer your character along this path, collecting "Thought Fragments" and avoiding obstacles. The controls for the Logic Dive are usually simple, often involving directional inputs to guide your movement. For example, you might need to tilt the analog stick to drift left or right, or press buttons to jump over gaps. The challenge lies in the speed and the precision required. Some Thought Fragments might be hidden, requiring you to take a slightly different route, while others might be guarded by minor hazards. If you fall off the path or hit too many obstacles, your Focus Gauge will decrease. Successfully completing a Logic Dive will often unlock a critical piece of information or lead you directly to the culprit's motive. It's a visually engaging way to represent the mental process of deduction, transforming abstract reasoning into a tangible, interactive experience. Mastering the Logic Dive requires good reflexes and the ability to anticipate the path ahead.
