Nonstop Debate

The Nonstop Debate is the heart of the Class Trial in Danganronpa 2×2, where you'll confront your classmates and present evidence to uncover the truth. During this segment, characters will engage in a heated discussion, making statements about the case. Your role is to identify contradictions in their arguments and shoot them down with the appropriate "Truth Bullets" you've gathered during the Investigation Phase. You'll see a word bubble appear above the speaker's head, and within it, you'll need to aim your cursor and press the action button to fire a Truth Bullet. The speed of the text and the characters' dialogue can be quite rapid, so quick reflexes are essential. If you select the wrong Truth Bullet, your "Focus Gauge" will decrease. If your Focus Gauge depletes entirely, it's game over, and the remaining students will be executed. Conversely, successfully refuting a statement will increase your Focus Gauge. Pay close attention to the nuances of each statement. For example, if a student claims the victim was last seen in the Motel, but you have a Truth Bullet proving they were actually in the Hospital, you'll want to use that. Sometimes, you might need to use a Truth Bullet that seems unrelated at first glance; this is where your understanding of the gathered evidence truly shines. Mastering the Nonstop Debate requires not only quick thinking but also a deep comprehension of the case's details, ensuring you can connect the dots between seemingly disparate pieces of information.
