Dragonslayer Armour
The Dragonslayer Armour is a formidable boss guarding the entrance to Lothric Castle. This heavily armored foe wields a massive axe and a sturdy shield, delivering slow but incredibly powerful blows. Its attacks are characterized by wide sweeps and heavy slams, capable of depleting a player's health bar in just a few hits. The primary strategy for this encounter involves careful observation and precise dodging. Players must learn the timing of the Dragonslayer Armour's swings and look for openings after its attack combos have concluded. Rushing in recklessly will likely result in being overwhelmed by its sheer power. While fighting the boss, players must also be mindful of the environmental hazards. The Pus of Man enemies, grotesque and aggressive creatures, can appear on the bridge leading to the arena, adding an extra layer of threat. Furthermore, a Wyvern in the background periodically breathes fire, creating a dangerous area of effect that players must avoid. The Dragonslayer Armour exhibits weaknesses to Frostbite and Dark damage, making these damage types particularly effective. Conversely, it possesses resistances to Lightning damage. Defeating the Dragonslayer Armour rewards You with the Soul of the Dragonslayer Armour, a potent soul that can be transposed into powerful equipment, and grants access to the rest of Lothric Castle.
