If you're unhappy with your stat allocation, you can respec your character by joining the Rosaria's Fingers covenant in the Cathedral of the Deep. Offer a Pale Tongue to Rosaria, Mother of Rebirth, and select 'Reallocate Attributes'. You can do this up to five times per New Game cycle. This allows for experimentation with different builds without starting a new character.
