The Dreaming General is a stationary boss accompanied by the 'Taproot' and 'Sleeping Tendrils'. The General itself is immune to direct damage until the Taproot is destroyed. The Taproot continuously spawns Sleeping Tendrils, which apply stress and can bind your heroes. Your primary goal is to destroy the Taproot as quickly as possible, then focus on the General. AoE damage is excellent for clearing Tendrils, and heroes with high single-target damage are crucial for the Taproot. Stress healing is also vital due to the Tendrils' constant pressure. Be prepared for a multi-turn fight.
Key Strategy:
- Phase 1: Focus all damage on the Taproot.
- Phase 2: Once Taproot is down, unleash on the Dreaming General.
- Manage Tendrils: Use AoE or quick single-target attacks to clear Sleeping Tendrils and free bound heroes.
- Stress Relief: Bring stress-healing skills or items.
