To find the Data Board in Dead Space (Remake), you must first replace the damaged Tram. After removing the broken Tram, your objective will shift to locating the Data Board. It is found in a previously locked room on the lower level, opposite the elevator you take down. After acquiring it, return to the Tram Control Room to reinstall it.
Finding the Data Board
- Replace the Damaged Tram: In the Tram Repair Room, remove the broken Tram using the maintenance claws. If one claw is faulty, use a Stasis blast as the hook hits the tram to lock it in place, then interact with the blue terminal.
- Locate the Data Board: After the Tram is removed, your objective will update. Take the elevator down and enter the previously locked room directly opposite on the lower level.
- Collect the Data Board: Inside this room, grab the Data Board.
- Collect Additional Items: Also in this room, find a Text Log opposite the desk where you found the Data Board, and a Power Node in a container opposite the door. Another Text Log is in front of the "Welcome Aboard!" sign in the Flight Lounge.
- Reinstall the Data Board: Return to the Tram Control Room and reinstall the Data Board.
- Call the Tram: Call the tram for your allies.
- Backtrack to the Kellion: You will then be instructed to backtrack to the crashed Kellion. This involves going through the area where you were previously chased by Necromorphs. When you reach the elevator, be prepared to fight. Use a Stasis blast on the door to the Flight Lounge to pass through, then proceed to the Kellion.
- Final Text Log: Inside the crashed Kellion, turn around and enter the fiery side-room to find a Text Log.
