Residuum is the key to breaking the loop's impermanence. Any weapon, Trinket, or Slab you pick up will be lost at the end of the loop unless you 'Infuse' it using Residuum. You collect Residuum from glowing objects, defeated Visionaries, and by sacrificing unwanted items. Prioritize infusing your most powerful weapons and essential Slabs early on to build a strong arsenal for future loops.
How to Infuse:
- Collect Residuum from glowing objects or by sacrificing items.
- At the end of a time period (or when you die), access the Loadout screen.
- Select the item you wish to Infuse and spend the required Residuum.
- Infused items will persist across all subsequent loops.
