Your first target will be Dr. Wenjie Evans, who is also at The Complex in the Morning. She's not particularly difficult to take down, but her clones can be annoying. After defeating her, you'll be prompted to harvest her Residuum. This will give you enough to Infuse your first item. Choose wisely, perhaps a favorite weapon or a useful Trinket.
