The Fool's Idol creates multiple clones of herself. The real one can be identified by not having a health bar above her head, or by a slightly brighter glow. Before the fight, disable the respawn mechanism by killing the Dregling at the top of the tower. Focus on the real Idol and avoid her paralysis spells.
