The Storm King is a giant flying manta ray. First, defeat the smaller Storm Beasts using the Storm Ruler sword found in the arena. Once the Storm Beasts are gone, the Storm King will fly closer. Use the Storm Ruler's special attack (R2) to launch powerful wind slashes at it. This is a ranged fight.
