The final area of Latria leads to the Old Monk. This unique boss fight can be a PvP encounter if you're online, where another player controls the Old Monk. If offline, you'll face a Black Phantom NPC. Defeat the Old Monk to claim the Monk's Head Collar and the Golden Demon's Soul.
