Location:
The Witness's Pyramid (Final Mission of Lightfall Campaign)
Phases:
- Initial Encounter: Calus will be protected by a shield. You must destroy 'Resonance' nodes to lower it.
- Tormentor Summons: Calus will summon Tormentors and other Shadow Legion forces.
- Final Stand: Calus becomes more aggressive, unleashing powerful attacks and summoning more adds.
Strategy:
- Phase 1: Focus on destroying the glowing 'Resonance' nodes around the arena. These are usually on walls or pillars. Once enough are destroyed, Calus's shield will drop. Damage him with all you have.
- Phase 2: Calus will summon Tormentors. These are mini-bosses that are difficult to kill. You can either defeat them or try to kite them while focusing on Calus. Use your Strand abilities to suspend Calus and his adds for crowd control and damage.
- Phase 3: Calus will be at his most dangerous. He will frequently use his powerful scythe attacks and summon more Shadow Legion. Continue to destroy Resonance nodes, damage Calus, and manage the adds. Prioritize staying alive and dealing consistent damage. Use your Super and heavy weapons during his vulnerable phases.
Weaknesses:
- High burst damage when shield is down.
- Strand suspend for crowd control and vulnerability.
