The battle against Oryx is a multi-phase encounter. Initially, you'll face a giant projection of Oryx, who will summon waves of Taken. Focus on clearing these adds quickly. Oryx will periodically slam the ground, creating shockwaves you must jump over. After dealing enough damage to the projection, the true Oryx will appear. He has a powerful sword attack and can summon Blight bombs that deal significant damage. The key strategy involves damaging Oryx until he kneels, then running into the 'aura' he creates to become 'Immortal'. While immortal, you can damage him directly. Repeat this process, managing the Taken adds and dodging Oryx's attacks. In the final phase, Oryx will charge a massive attack; unleash all your remaining heavy ammo and Supers to finish him before he wipes your fireteam. Coordination and sustained damage are crucial for victory.
