The Court of Oryx is a public event activity located on the Dreadnaught, offering a unique challenge and rewarding gear. To activate an encounter, a Guardian must use a Rune (Reciprocal, Stolen, or Antiquated) at the central altar. Each Rune type triggers a different tier of boss encounter, with increasing difficulty and better rewards. Tier 1 involves a single boss, Tier 2 involves two bosses with synergistic abilities, and Tier 3 features a single, extremely powerful boss. Successfully completing these encounters grants Eris Morn reputation, Legendary Engrams, and sometimes even Exotic Engrams. It's a great way to farm gear and test your combat skills with other Guardians in the patrol zone.
