Skill Shop: Your Hub for Learning

The primary method for acquiring new skills and spells is through the Skill Shop, located in the Dark Assembly. Here, you can purchase abilities for your characters using Mana, a resource gained from defeating enemies.

• Accessing the Skill Shop: Navigate to the Dark Assembly menu and select "Skill Shop."
• Purchasing Skills: Browse the available skills for each character. Skills are categorized by weapon type (e.g., Sword, Spear, Bow) for physical attacks, and by elemental affinity (e.g., Fire, Ice, Wind) for magic spells.

While not directly skills or spells, Evilities play a significant role in how effective your character's abilities are. Many Evilities directly interact with or enhance specific types of skills.

• Unique Evilities: These are character-specific passive abilities that often synergize with their inherent skill sets. For example, a character with a Unique Evility that boosts fire damage will naturally excel with fire-based spells.
• Common Evilities: These can be purchased at the Skill Shop (often after Super Reincarnation) and equipped to any character. Look for Evilities that complement your chosen skills, such as "Attack Range +1" for ranged attackers or "Magic Boost" for spellcasters.
• Acquisition: While some Evilities are purchased, many are unlocked through story progression, character quests, or by reaching certain class proficiencies. Keep an eye on your character's progress and check the Evility list regularly.

Strategic Skill Usage Tips

• Elemental Weaknesses: Pay close attention to enemy elemental weaknesses. Using a fire spell against an ice-weak enemy will yield significantly more damage.
• Positioning: For AoE skills, proper positioning is key to hitting multiple targets. use the "Move" command to get your characters into optimal positions before unleashing their attacks.
• Combo Attacks: Chain together attacks from multiple characters to build up combo bonuses, increasing the damage of subsequent attacks. Skills that hit multiple enemies are excellent for starting or extending combos.
• Support Spells: Don't underestimate the power of support spells! Buffs (e.g., "Braveheart" for ATK, "Magic Boost" for INT) and debuffs (e.g., "Armor Break" for DEF, "Resist Break" for RES) can turn the tide of battle, especially against tough bosses.
