Different heroes have different positioning needs. Carries, who are often squishy but deal high damage, need to be positioned safely behind their frontliners, where they can deal damage without being immediately targeted. Initiators, who are responsible for starting the fight, need to be at the forefront, ready to unleash their crowd control. Supports and utility heroes should position themselves to maximize their impact, whether it's healing allies, casting spells, or providing vision. Factors influencing positioning include: Vision: Knowing where the enemy is and where they are likely to engage from. Terrain: Using high ground for vision and attack advantages, or chokepoints to funnel enemies. Hero Abilities: Understanding the range of your spells and those of your enemies.
