Chapter 2: The Sunken City
In Chapter 2, navigate to the Converged City by boat, where you will immediately face both Venatori and guardians. After this initial combat, a locked path will appear. Taking the left turn leads to the side quest The Labs Below. Interact with the first eluvian mirror on the left to begin the quest Sea of Blood, which transports you to Antiva City.
In Antiva, Teia, your crow contact, will guide you. You will meet two of Neve's acquaintances who will update you on the city's situation. Merchants are available in the area at the start of the quest, offering an opportunity to check their inventory. You will learn about Darkspawn in the city and be directed to a marked tunnel entrance in Dock Town. Enter the building, defeat the enemies inside, and exit through the other side to witness a dragon attacking the city.
A cutscene will then transition you from Treviso to Minrathous, where you find The Viper blighted by the dragon. Tarquin of the Shadow Dragons will confront you, frustrated by your absence during the dragon attack. Following this encounter, Neve will ask you to leave as she oversees the city, completing the quest.
