In Dragon Age: The Veilguard, managing your companions is crucial for success. After the elf fixes the Eluvian, you can select two companions to accompany Rook. Your choices impact combat and story progression. Understanding companion abilities and approval is key to building a strong team.

After the Eluvian is fixed, interact with the mirror to choose your two companions. As you venture forth, you will encounter situations that require strategic use of your companions' unique abilities. For instance, when assaulted by demons after crossing a bridge, a prompt will appear demonstrating how to use the pause wheel to command your companions and their skills.
