To effectively suppress Kid Buu, focus on high-priority combo starters like the Step-In Strike (Forward + Square/X) followed by the Heavy Finish (Triangle/Y) to break his erratic guard. As SSJ3 Goku, utilize the Meteor Impact to knock him into the environment—specifically the large rock formations in the Land of the Kais—which provides a brief window of wall-stun.
