Perfect Cell is a balanced fighter with strong Strike and Ki Blast attacks. His Perfect Kamehameha is a devastating Ultimate. Guarding is important, but be aware of his guard breaks. He often teleports behind you for quick combos. Counter his teleportation with quick turns or area-of-effect Super Attacks. When he charges his Kamehameha, either guard, use an evasive skill, or hit him with a powerful Ultimate of your own to interrupt. Stamina break him for big damage.
