Collecting all seven Dragon Balls allows you to summon Shenron and make a wish. Wishes include obtaining rare items, Zeni, attribute point resets, new Super Attacks, or even unlocking new characters. Dragon Balls are primarily obtained by defeating Time Patrollers in Parallel Quests (PQs) or as drops from specific enemies. Grind PQs like 'Explosion of Namek' or 'Frieza's Siege' for efficient farming. Wishing for attribute resets is useful for build changes.
