Dokkan Battle's combat is a unique blend of puzzle and RPG. During battle, you'll see a board of Ki Spheres. Your goal is to connect as many Ki Spheres of the same color as possible to generate Ki for your characters. Each character has a specific Ki type (AGL, TEQ, INT, STR, PHY) and gains more Ki from matching spheres. Reaching 12 Ki (or more, depending on the character's Super Attack multiplier) triggers a powerful Super Attack. Characters also have passive skills and leader skills that activate under certain conditions. Understanding type advantages (AGL > TEQ > INT > STR > PHY > AGL) is crucial for maximizing damage and minimizing incoming damage. Always aim to attack enemies with a type disadvantage against your attacking character.
