Your first priority in Rimuldar is to establish a medical facility and find a cure for the villagers' ailments. You'll quickly encounter sick NPCs who require your help.
- Build a Basic Infirmary: This room requires a Bed, a Pot, and a light source. This will attract Elle.
- Craft Medicinal Herbs: Elle will teach you how to craft Medicinal Herbs (1 Blue Gel, 1 White Flower). Blue Gel is dropped by Slimes, and White Flowers are found in the environment.
- Cure Villagers: Give Medicinal Herbs to the sick villagers. This will often trigger new quests.
- Build a Hospital: As you progress, you'll need to build more advanced medical rooms like the Sickroom (multiple beds, pots, light) and eventually the Hospital (requires specific medical furniture like a Stretcher and Medical Cart).
The key to success in Rimuldar is efficient medicine production. Always keep a stock of Blue Gel and White Flowers. You'll also need to venture into the poisoned waters to find new ingredients, so prepare for underwater exploration.
