- Gather Coral: You'll need to dive into the poisoned water to find Coral. Be mindful of your breath meter while underwater. Crafting a Diving Helmet (requires Iron Ingot, Glass) will significantly extend your underwater time.
- Craft the Antidote: The antidote typically requires Coral, Medicinal Herbs, and other specific ingredients found in the region. You'll craft it at an Alchemy Pot.
